Sabic Cycoloy C1200HF PC/ABS Description

Cycoloy C1200HF polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene blend alloy material (PC/ABS) produced by Saudi basic industry corporation，has the characteristics of high flow, high impact resistance, high heat resistance and high ductility at low temperatures. C1200HF PC+ABS material is commonly used in the production of automotive parts, electronic and electrical equipment, home appliances and office equipment.

Sabic Cycoloy C1200HF utilizes a PC-ABS blend technology that retains the high impact resistance of PC while effectively addressing the issue of significantly reduced impact strength at low temperatures through the addition of ABS, It achieves an Izod notched impact strength of 587 J/m at 23°Cand480 J/m at -30°C, making it suitable for automotive exterior components and outdoor applications.
Can be painted or otherwise finished. Sabic C1200HF PC/ABS enhances surface coating processes; products made from this material can undergo secondary processing such as painting and electroplating, making them suitable for applications with stringent aesthetic requirements, such as automotive interiors and small appliance components.
