Sabic FJ00952 high density polyethylene material (HDPE resin) does not contain TNPP additives and has high tensile properties, puncture resistance and surface printing capabilities. It is often used in the production of films, shopping bags, and packaging bags.

⚠️Sabic HDPE FJ00952 does not contain additives, including TNPP additives. Therefore, HDPE particles are more transparent and have higher light transmittance than those containing additives. Therefore, products made from HDPE FJ00952 will also have better transparency.

Sabic FJ00952 HDPE pellet Advantage

Additive free grade HDPE material. Sabic FJ00952 high density polyethylene material does not contain any molding aids and additives. It is a TNPP additive free grade HDPE. The final product has good transparency and gloss.
Film grade HDPE material. As a high density polyethylene material specifically designed for film and packaging bag production, Sabic FJ00952 has a melt index of 9g/10min at 190°C and 21.6kg, making it suitable for extrusion and blow molding. Its elongation at break in the flow direction can reach 400%, and in the perpendicular direction, it can reach 550%. Its drop hammer impact rating under the ASTM D1709 test standard is 180g/μm, making it an excellent HDPE material for film and packaging bag production.
Good surface printing ability. Films and packaging made of Sabic FJ00952 HDPE can be easily processed and printed on the surface, providing products with high quality graphic appearance.
