Borsafe HE3490-LS high-density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) is a specialized HDPE material produced by Borouge Pte Ltd Abu Dhabi for manufacturing PE100 pipeline-grade products. It offers excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, with a melt flow index of 0.25g/10min. It is suitable for extrusion processing and can be widely used in pressure pipelines such as water supply pipelines, gas supply pipelines, and oil pipelines.
Borouge HE3490-LS HDPE pellets Advantage
- PE 100 HDPE, Borouge Borsafe HE3490-LS high-density polyethylene material has a minimum required strength (MRS) of 11.2 MPa. It complies with multiple pressure pipeline production standards including ISO 4427 / ISO 4437 and EN 12201 / 1555. This material is suitable for manufacturing PE100-grade high-pressure pipelines, such as water supply pipelines, gas pipelines, and industrial pipelines.
- Excellent machinability, As a specialized HDPE material for pipeline production, Borouge HE3490-LS HDPE resin exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 0.25g/10min at 190°C under 5kg test conditions. It is compatible with the vast majority of extrusion molding pipeline production equipment and can fully replace common PE100 pipeline materials.
