DOW 312E LDPE pellet Advantage

DOW 312E has passed the U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c)2.2 - EU, No 10/2011 - Canadian HPFB No Objection - U.S. FDA-DMF certification requirements, suitable for food contact grade plastic packaging, with high safety performance and can be in direct contact with food
  • Excellent tensile properties. As a LDPE material specially used for film production, 312E has very excellent tensile ability compared with other LDPEs. It is suitable for the production of stretch films such as films, garbage bags, and laminated films.
  • Good processing performance, DOW 312E LDPE material, contains slip and antiblock additives to prevent film adhesion, facilitating the production and storage of films and shopping bags
  • Good appearance. The gloss and haze performance of films made of DOW 312E LDPE are significantly better than other LDPEs of the same grade, and it is suitable for manufacturing products with high requirements for film appearance.
  • Good processing performance, DOW 312E LDPE material is suitable for a wide range of processing temperatures, can be readily extruded using conventional blown film techniques at melt temperatures between 160 and 195°C
