Exceed 1018MA is an ethylene-1-hexene copolymer produced by ExxonMobil Chemical using metallocene catalyst technology, also known as"mLLDPE material."It offers enhanced stretch properties and contains thermal stabilizers and processing aids. Specifically designed for stretch film, blown film, and general packaging applications, ExxonMobil 1018MA mLLDPE material is commonly used in the production of food packaging bags, laminated films, heavy-duty trash bags, and freezer wraps—products demanding high tensile strength.

- Excellent tensile properties. Exceed 1018MA mLLDPE material utilizes an ethylene-1-hexene copolymer processing method, endowing it with outstanding tensile properties and puncture resistance. Under the ASTM D882 testing standard, its film exhibits a longitudinal tensile strength at break of 60 MPa, achieving the same 60 MPa even in the transverse direction. Impact dart drop resistance reaches 740g, puncture force reaches 53N. It is an excellent material for producing stretch film, blown film, and applications requiring puncture-resistant film or packaging bags.
- Food contact grade plastic. ExxonMobil Exceed 1018 series meets U.S. and European food contact certification requirements and is suitable for food packaging applications such as bread bags and frozen meat films.
- Excellent machinability. ExxonMobil Exceed 1018MA mLLDPE material exhibits a melt index of 1 g/10 min at 190°C under a 2.16 kg test environment. Suitable for blow molding processes, it incorporates processing aids and is compatible with most stretch film production equipment and blow film production machinery.
