 Sinopec 1810D LDPE pellet Description 

Sinopec 1810 is a film-grade low-density polyethylene (LDPE) material with good stretchability, flexibility and optical properties. Its melt index (MFR) is 0.25g/10min and it is commonly used in the production of films and packaging bags.

  • Sinopec 1810D LDPE, a film grade LDPE material, exhibits excellent tensile and flexibility properties, with a tensile strength of 24 MPa in the flow direction and 18 MPa in the transverse direction. Under ISO 527 testing standards, Sinopec 1810D LDPE achieves a flow-direction elongation of 170% and a transverse elongation of 500%, making it ideal for the production of stretch film and blown film.
  • Good optical properties. Sinopec 1801D LDPE has a gloss of 10 under the ASTM D2457 test standard, making it suitable for general applications requiring optical properties, such as common food packaging bags, shopping bags, agricultural films, etc.
