Formosa Taisox 7350M EVA pellet Description
Taisox 7350M is an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin pellet (EVA material) manufactured by Formosa Plastics Corporation. With an 18% vinyl acetate content and processed via cross-linking, it offers excellent elasticity and flexibility. Suitable for producing shoe soles, gaskets, and similar applications, this material also meets food-grade testing requirements. It can be blended with other polymers for manufacturing food packaging.
Formosa Taisox 7350M EVA Advantage
- Greater flexibility, Formosa 7350M EVA material contains 18% vinyl acetate (VA 18%) and is processed using a cross-linking method. Compared to conventional EVA materials, it offers superior flexibility, elasticity, and impact resistance. Elongation at break can reach 800%, tensile strength at break can reach 150kg/c㎡. Ideal for use in applications requiring high elasticity, such as shoe soles and rubber gaskets.
- Food grade plastic material. Formosa Taisox 7350M EVA has undergone food safety certification and meets FDA 21 CFR 177.1350 standards, making it suitable for producing packaging materials that come into contact with food. This material is safe and non-toxic, ensuring reliable use.
