Hanwha Total TF402 PP Description

Hanwha Total TF402 is a terpolymer polypropylene resin pellet produced by Hanwha Total Petrochemical in South Korea, also known as"Ter PP"material. Compared to conventional homopolymer polypropylene, it incorporates ethylene and butane monomers during processing, enhancing transparency while achieving a lower heat seal temperature. It is primarily used in packaging films for electronic products, food packaging films and CPP films.

Hanwha Total TF402 PP Advantage

Excellent machinability. Hanwha TF402 ternary copolymer has a melt flow index (MFI) of 7g/10min, suitable for cast film processing. Its melting point ranges from 120-150°C. The low melt temperature facilitates processing in high-speed equipment, making it ideal for producing cast polypropylene (CPP) films.
Excellent appearance properties. Hanwha TF402 is manufactured from a terpolymer of propylene, butylene, and methane. This material offers superior gloss and transparency compared to conventional homopolymer polyformaldehyde materials, making it suitable for electronic product packaging and food packaging applications where high aesthetic properties are required.
Food safety plastic material. Hanwha Total TF402 PP meets U.S. FDA food safety certification requirements and has obtained FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 certification. Products manufactured from this material are safe and non-toxic, making them suitable for use in food packaging materials.
