CNPC FHM CRP 100N HDPE pellet Description

CNPC FHM CRP 100N is a high-density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) produced by CNPC Fushun Petrochemical Branch specifically for manufacturing extruded pipes. It exhibits excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and superior tensile properties. Pipes produced from this material meet the MRS 10MPa requirement and are suitable for manufacturing PE100 pipes, water supply pipelines, and other high-pressure pipelines.

CNPC FHM CRP 100N HDPE Advantage

PE100 grade HDPE material, CNPC 100N material is a high-density polyethylene resin specifically developed for extrusion pipe production. It exhibits excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and superior tensile properties, achieving elongation at 23°C of up to 1000% and a flexural modulus of 1050 MPa. The produced pipes meet the minimum required strength (MRS) of 10MPa, making them suitable for manufacturing high-pressure pipelines such as PE100 HDPE pipes, water supply pipelines, gas pipelines, and oil transmission pipelines.
Excellent machinability. CNPC 100N HDPE resin exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 0.22 g/10 min at 190°C under a 5 kg test environment. It is suitable for the production equipment of most basic pipelines and offers broad compatibility with various equipment.
