 CNPC Dushanzi TUB121N3000 HDPE pellet Description 

TUB121N3000 is a high density polyethylene material specially designed for large diameter PE100 grade HDPE pipes, developed by China National Petroleum Corporation Dushanzi petrochemical. It is black resin pellet, has good hydrostatic pressure bearing capacity and is often used in the production of water supply pipes, gas supply pipes, industrial pipes and conventional pressure pipes.

• PE100 pipe grade HDPE material. CNPC TUB121N3000 is a high density polyethylene material specially used for the production of PE100 grade pipes. It has a tensile strength of 25Mpa and contains carbon black components to improve the anti aging ability of PE100 pipes, is very suitable for the production of water supply pipes and pressure pipes.
• Good processing performance. CNPC TUB121N3000 has suitable processing conditions, under the test environment of 23℃, the elongation rate is as high as 350%, with a melt index of 0.25g/10min, suitable for extrusion molding. The PE100 pipe made of it is not easy to deform, which effectively improves the production efficiency of the product.
