Qatar Lotrène TR571 HDPE Description

TR-571 is high density polyethylene resin pellets (HDPE material) produced by Qatar Petrochemical, with high rigidity and impact resistance, it is an excellent injection molding HDPE material, commonly used in the manufacture of jerrycans and open top drums.

⚠️The appearance of Qatar TR571 HDPE material, as shown in the figure on the left, is that of opaque HDPE pellets; consequently, the containers made from it are also opaque.

Food contact grade HDPE material, Qatar Lotrene TR-571 is a food grade plastic material that meets food contact requirements and is certified by FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 for use in food contact plastic packaging applications.
Good processing performance, the melting index flow (MFI) of TR-571 under the test environment of 190℃ 2.16kg is 0.02g/10min, suitable for injection molding processing, with relatively wide processing equipment requirements, and can be used for conventional small plastic container production equipment
Good mechanical properties and chemical resistance. As a high-density polyethylene material specially used for the production of small plastic cans, Lotrene TR-571 is resistant to conventional chemicals, with a break elongation of 600% and a flexural modulus of 1300 MPa, and has balanced flexibility and impact resistance.
