 Sabic P4200RT HDPE pellet Description 

P4200RT is a high-density polyethylene pellet produced by Saudi basic industry specifically for the production of hot water-resistant pipes. It has good high temperature resistance, stress cracking resistance (ESR), and long-term hydrostatic strength. The minimum strength requirement (MSR) is 10 MPa. It is commonly used in the production of PE100 HDPE pipes, floor heating pipes, and PE-RT Type Ⅱ pipes.

Sabic P4200RT HDPE Advantage

  • Sabic P4200RT is a PE100 grade HDPE material with a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10 MPa. It can be used to produce conventional pressure pipes such as water pipes and gas pipes.
  • Sabic P4200RT HDPE is a high-temperature resistant pipe material. Compared with conventional pipe materials, it has stronger high-temperature resistance. When the medium is hot water at a higher temperature, it can still maintain good mechanical properties. It is often used to produce Type II PE-RT pipes, floor heating pipes, etc.
  • Good processing performance, Sabic P4200RT PE100 HDPE material has a melt index of 0.45g/10min at 190℃ 5gk test environment, which is suitable for extrusion molding. Its good processing performance makes it suitable for use in most extrusion molding pipe production equipment.
