7000F high density polyethylene resin pellets (HDPE material) is produced by Iran Petrochemical. Due to 7000F HDPE good tensile and tear resistance properties, it has been used to make ultra thin films.

- Ultra thin flim grade HDPE material. Iran 7000F is blow molding film grade high density polyethylene material, exhibiting excellent mechanical properties. It achieves elongation at break of up to 500%, tensile strength yield of 250 kg/cm², and an Izod notch impact strength as high as 30 kg-cm/cm. With superior impact resistance, (environment stress crack resistance is 600hr), it serves as an outstanding raw material for manufacturing ultra-thin films.
- Excellent machinability, Iran 7000F film-grade HDPE material exhibits a melt flow rate of 0.04 g/10 min at 190°C under a 2.16 kg test environment. Suitable for blow molding film production, its excellent processing properties enable compatibility with the vast majority of blow molding film production equipment, offering broad equipment applicability.
