Hivorex FL7000 is a blow molding high density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) produced by Lotte Chemical, which has good mechanical properties and is easy to process, which is used in the production of packaging films, shopping bags and garbage bags.

As a high density polyethylene resin specifically designed for producing blown film, Lotte Hivorex FL7000 HDPE achieves an elongation at break of 500% and a tensile strength at break of 320 kg/cm². Its excellent tensile properties and impact resistance make Lotte FL7000 HDPE suitable for applications demanding high tensile performance, such as films, garbage bags, and packaging bags.
Good durability. Lotte FL7000 HDPE material achieved 1000 hours of environmental stress cracking under the ASTM D1693 test standard, and products made from it maintain good mechanical properties during long-term use.
Excellent machinability, Lotte FL7000 HDPE exhibits a melt index of 0.035 g/10 min at 190°C and 21.6 kg test conditions. It is suitable for blow molding processes and compatible with the vast majority of blow film processing equipment, offering broad adaptability.
