Sinopec LD251 LDPE Description

LD251 is a low-density polyethylene material produced by Sinopec Zhongtian HECHUANG Energy Co., Ltd. specifically for coating and lamination applications, featuring an extremely low water vapor transmission rate. It can be used for waterproof coating on materials such as paper and aluminum foil, as well as for the production of laminated packaging paper, paper cups, paper bowls, and laminated woven bags. In terms of performance, it can serve as a substitute for Sinopec Yanshan 1C7A LDPEorHanwha 955 LDPE.

High-speed machining. Sinopec ZHTC LD251 LDPE material is suitable for high-speed processing equipment. According to Sinopec ZHTC’s internal testing standards, the coating speed at a constant output of 35 rpm is 230 m/min.
