LyondellBasell Lupolen 2420H film grade low density polyethylene resin pellet (LDPE material), has good optical properties, heat sealing and processability. It can be used for extrusion or blow molding, is mainly used to produce film, cast film, packaging bags.

  • Lupolen 2420H LDPE has excellent processing properties. As a low-density polyethylene material specifically designed for film and packaging bag production, it has an elongation at break of 250% in the flow direction and 600% in the perpendicular direction for blown film at a thickness of 50μm. It has good tensile properties and a melt index of 1.9g/10min at a test environment of 190℃ and 2.16kg, making it suitable for the production of blown and extruded films.
  • Good optical properties. According to the ASTM D2457 test standard, the glossiness of Basell Lupolen 2420H LDPE is 50 at a 20° angle and 100 at a 60° angle; the haze at a thickness of 50μm is only 8%, making it suitable for applications with high requirements for appearance properties.
