 Lyondellbasell Purell GB7250 HDPE Description 

Purell GB7250 is medical grade high density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) produced by LyondellBasell B.V. holdings. It can be sterilized using ethylene oxide, with MFR 10g/10min, making it suitable for injection molding and easy to process. It is mainly used in the manufacture of ointment tubes, medical devices, and medical care products.

  • Medical grade HDPE. As polypropylene raw material specifically used in medical applications, Purell GB 7250 HDPE is suitable for ethylene oxide sterilization (EtO) and can be used for medicine bottles,medical bottle caps, medication tubing and healthcare applications. It has also been certified for food contact in accordance with U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, EU Regulation 10/2011/EC, and China GB 9685-2008, and is approved for use in general pharmaceutical applications.
  • Good processing performance. Lyondellbasell Purell GB7250 HDPE material has melt index of 10g/10min at 190℃ and 2.16kg. It is suitable for injection molding, the production of medical bottle caps.
