Marlex TR-115 is a blow molding high density polyethylene produced by Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, has good tensile properties, flexibility and strength. It has obtained FDA food contact certification and can be used to produce films, shopping bags and food packaging.

Marlex TRB-115 HDPE pellets Advantage

Good tensile properties. Malex TRB-115 is a high-density polyethylene material specially used for the production of films and shopping bags. It has good tensile properties. The tensile modulus under the 12.7μm test environment reaches 827MPa and the tensile strength reaches 90MPa. The tensile properties in both the flow direction (MD) and the vertical direction (TD) are excellent.
Food contact safe resin material. Marlex TRB-115 HDPE has obtained the certification of US FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(C) 3.2a, meets the food contact standard requirements, and can be used as a conventional food packaging material.
Excellent impact resistance. Compared with conventional blow-molded polyethylene film materials, Marlex TRB-115 HDPE has better impact resistance. The drop hammer impact reaches 100n/mm under the 12.7μm test standard.
High rigidity, Marlex TR-115 HDPE products have excellent deformation performance when subjected to increased external impact and pressure.
