 Daelim poly XP9000 mLLDPE pellet Description 

Daelim poly XP9000 is a high-temperature resistant metallocene linear low-density polyethylene resin pellet produced by Daelim Industrial Company in South Korea. It is also known as"PE-RT Type Ⅰmaterial". It has good flexibility and resistance to environmental stress cracking. The melt index is 0.6 (at 190℃ 2.16kg). It can be used in the production of drinking water pipes and floor heating pipes.

Daelim XP9000 mlldpe pellet Advantage

  • Daelim XP9000 is a polyethylene material specially used for the production of high-temperature resistant pipes, also known as"PE-RT Type Ⅰ"pipe material. Its vicat softening temperature reaches 122°C and its melting temperature reaches 125°C. It can be used to produce high-temperature resistant floor heating pipes.
  • Daelim X9000 is an excellent pipe-grade material. As a polyethylene material specially used for pipe production, it achieved an excellent test result of 1000 hours in the Environmental Stress Crack Resistance F50 Condition B test. The floor heating pipes made of it can be used for a long time in regular daily applications without damage.
  • Good flexibility. The octene copolymerization process improves the flexibility of Daelim XP9000 mlldpe pellet products. When used in underfloor heating pipe, good flexibility of XP9000 mlldpe pellet allows PE-RT pipes to be bent at large angles, reducing the use of PE pipe fittings, improving the operability of construction workers, and reducing the risk of hot water leakage.
  • Food contact grade mlldpe material. Daelim XP9000 mLLDPE material complies with food contact and drinking water contact requirements and has obtained FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 certification. It can be used in the production of food contact pipes and drinking water pipes.
