Exceed Flow m 0535.MC Wire & Cable is a metal-catalyzed medium-density ethylene-1-hexene copolymer produced by ExxonMobil. It has excellent tensile, impact and puncture resistance, contains carbon black and heat stabilizer ingredients and is widely used in the manufacture of medium and high density wire and cable jacket.

  • Excellent electrical performance. As a resin material specially used for wire and cable sheath, 0535.MC (3505MC) has excellent electrical performance. The volume resistance under 500V test environment is only 7.5E+14Ω.m, the dielectric constant under 1MHz test environment is 2.28, and the dissipation factor is 0.00013. It reduces energy dissipation while ensuring insulation effect.
  • Excellent thermal stability, 0535.MC (3505MC) mLLDPE material contains carbon black and heat stabilizer ingredients, with an instantaneous maximum temperature resistance of 123°C, effectively ensuring the service life and insulation effect of cables in wire and cable applications
  • Good stretchability and flexibility make it easy to produce and store cables. The breaking elongation of Exceed 0535.MC (3505) reaches 790% under the 50mm/min test environment, which is higher than other polymers of the same level.
