Sabic Supeer 7158LA mLLDPE pellet Description

Sabic 7158LA is a linear low-density polyethylene resin (LDPE material) for blow molding. It is polymerized by metallocene catalysis and has good tensile, low-temperature and puncture resistance. It is commonly used in the production of packaging bags, stretch films, blow molding films and frozen bags.

Wide range of applications. Due to its excellent performance, 7158LA mLLDPE is used in heavy packaging bags, stretch films, laminated films, blow molding films, freezer bags and other fields.
Good tensile properties. As an excellent polyethylene material focused on the production of films and packaging bags, Sabic 7158LA improves the flexibility, tensile properties and puncture resistance of polyethylene materials by blending ethylene and hexene, making its puncture resistance reach 39N, the tear strength in the flow direction reach 280g, and the puncture resistance in the vertical direction reach 410g, which is very suitable for the production of high-toughness films.
Good processing and use performance. With suitable processing conditions, the melt index is 1.5g/10min under the test environment of 190℃2.16kg. It also contains lubricant and anti-blocking agent ingredients, which facilitates film production and storage while improving customer experience.
Environmentally friendly plastic material, Sabic 7158LA linear low density polyethylene does not contain TNPP antioxidant ingredients and can be used in Europe and the United States where environmental protection requirements are high.
