Sabic Cycoloy C2950 PC/ABS pellet Description

Cycoloy C2950 is a mixed resin pellets of impact resistant polycarbonate and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene blend (PC+ABS material) produced by Saudi Basic Industries. It contains bromine-free and chlorine-free flame retardants, meets environmental protection requirements, can achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardancy, and has good mechanical properties and heat resistance.

Excellent impact resistance. As a polycarbonate and ABS mixed resin material, Cycoloy C2950 has the excellent high impact resistance of ABS material. The notched impact resistance under 23℃ test environment reaches 530J/m, and even under extreme low temperature environment of -30℃, it can still reach 160J/m, which is suitable for equipment with high impact performance requirements.
Good flame retardant performance. Cycoloy C2950 polycarbonate + ABS material contains high-performance flame retardant ingredients, which can achieve UL94 V-0 level flame retardant effect under the 1.5mm test standard. Moreover, Sabic PC/ABS C2950 uses halogen-free flame retardants that contain no bromine or chlorine and meet European and U.S. high-performance environmental requirements.
Good heat resistance. Cycoloy C2950 PC/ABS material has a heat deformation temperature of 90°C in a 3.2mm 1.8MPa test environment and a Vicat softening temperature of 112°C in a 50°C/hr 50N test environment. It is suitable for use in the production of heat dissipation systems with high high temperature performance requirements.
