SIBUR HD 03490 HDPE pellet Description

SIBUR HD 03490 is a high-density polyethylene resin pellet (HDPE material) produced by Russia's SIBUR LLC. It has a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10 MPa and good mechanical properties. It is commonly used in the production of pressure pipes such as water supply pipes and gas pipes.

PE100 grade HDPE material, SIBUR HD 03490 is a HDPE material specifically used for the production of pressure pipes. It has passed ISO 9080 and ISO 12162 tests, and the minimum required strength (MRS) obtained by the test reaches 10MPa. It can be used to produce PE100 grade water supply pipes.
Good processing properties. SIBUR HD 03490 HDPE material has a melt index (MFR) of 0.3g/10min at 190°C and 5kg test conditions, making it suitable for extrusion molding and can be used in most extrusion molding pipe production equipment under a wide range of processing conditions.
