 Sabic B5628 HDPE Description 

Sabic high density polyethylene resin (HDPE material) B5628 are specifically designed for the production of blow molded plastic bottles. They have good flow properties, high rigidity and impact resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR). Sabic B5628 HDPE material is commonly used in the production of small blow-molded plastic bottles that are not food contact grade.

Sabic B5628 HDPE Advantage

  • Good processing performance. As a HDPE material specially used for the production of small blow-molded plastic bottles, B5628 has a melt index (MFI) of 0.32g/10min at 190℃ and 2.16kg. It has medium flow rate and is suitable for most blow-molded bottle production equipment. 
  • Good mechanical properties. Sabic H5628 HDPE material has Izod impact strength of 148J/m and flexural modulus of 1120MPa at 23°C. It has good impact resistance and rigidity, and is suitable for the production technology requirements of small bottles.
