 Celanese Zytel FR50 NC010 PA66 Description 

Zytel FR50 NC010 is polyamide 66 material produced by Celanese, contains 25% glass fiber reinforcement and adds halogen free flame retardant ingredients (GF25 PA66 + FR(17) ). It has good heat aging resistance, chemical resistance and weather resistance, widely used in automotive parts, electronic and electrical equipment, industrial applications, communications, etc.

Zytel FR50 NC010 is natural (as shown in the image on the left), while Zytel FR50 BK505 is opaque black, Because it contains 25% glass fiber, the surface of the material is not smooth.

  • Heat resistance nylon. Zytel FR50 polyamide 6/6 has a heat deflection temperature of 240°C and a melting temperature of 262°C under a 1.8MPa test environment, which is much higher than that of ordinary plastics. Even compared with other engineering plastics, it has better heat resistance. It is very suitable for applications with strict requirements on high temperature resistance.
