BASF Ultramid A 50H1 Black LBO 129 PA66 Description
Ultramid A 50H1 Black LBO 129 is a halogen and phosphorus free, unfilled, flame-retardant black polyamide (FR PA66) material manufactured by BASF Chemical. It contains a thermal stabilizer and achieves UL 94 V0 flame-retardant performance. It is commonly used in the production of connectors, electronic and electrical applications, terminal blocks, and junction boxes.

- UL 94 V0 flame retardant nylon, Ultramid A 50H1 Black PA66 contains flame retardants and achieves a UL 94 V0 flame retardancy rating at a test thickness of 0.4 mm. Additionally, this material is free of halogens and phosphorus, it has minimal corrosive effects on electronic and electrical products and can be used in regions with strict environmental regulations, such as Europe and the United States.
- High temperature resistance. BASF A 50H1 Black nylon 66 material contains heat stabilizers. Its heat deflection temperature at 0.45 MPa reaches 237°C, and its melt temperature reaches 263°C. With its extremely high heat resistance, it is particularly suitable for components of heat-generating equipment, electrical components, and junction boxes.
