Zytel ST801AHS NC010 is Natural color polyamide 66 resin (PA66 material) manufactured by Celanese Corporation. This material offers exceptional impact resistance and heat resistance, making it suitable for injection molding processes. It has met the material certification requirements of multiple automotive manufacturers and is approved for use in automotive component production.

Its Charpy notched impact strength reaches 80 kJ/m² at 23°C and maintains 20 kJ/m² even at -30°C. This material is suitable for mechanical components requiring high impact resistance.
  • High temperature resistance. Compared to conventional unfilled polyamide materials, Zytel ST801AHS NC010 PA66 achieves a heat deflection temperature of 157°C at 23°C and 0.45 MPa test conditions, making it suitable for applications demanding high-temperature resistance.
