Lati Latilub 66-01M G/30 PA66 pellet Description
Latilub 66-01M G/30 is an injection molded polyamide 66 material (PA66) produced by Lati industria termoplastici S.p.A., with 30% glass fiber reinforcement (GF30) and molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), which has excellent wear resistance and sub-lubricity.

- Compared to conventional lubricated reinforced polyamide 6/6, Latilub 66-01M G/30 is a molybdenum disulfide-filled PA66 material (MoS₂ filler PA66). This molybdenum disulfide filler not only provides superior lubrication but also offers superior high temperature resistance, with a heat deflection temperature of 260°C at 0.45 MPa and a Vicat softening temperature of 255°C at 50°C/hr and 50N. Furthermore, it offers improved pressure resistance and load-bearing capacity, as well as stronger solid lubrication properties, maintaining a low friction coefficient even in an anhydrous environment.
- Excellent wear resistance. The static friction coefficient of Latilub 66-01M G/30 PA66 material under the ASTM D1894 test standard is only 0.42, and the dynamic friction coefficient is only 0.36; the friction factor under the ASTM D3702 test standard is only 0.000003mm³/(Nm), making it suitable for use in scenarios with more stringent requirements for wear resistance.
