Durafide 1140A6 is available in two standard colors: Durafide 1140A6 HF2000, which is natural in color and, as shown in the image on the left, features light yellow cylindrical granules; due to its 40% fiberglass content, it has a fairly rough surface; and the black Durafide 1140A6 HD9100. Polyplastics Durafide 1140A6 HD9100 PPS  Advantage

• GF40 PPS material, Durafide 1140A6 HF2000 Natural PPS material contains 40% glass fiber, which has higher hardness, rigidity and strength than conventional polyphenylene sulfide materials. It is suitable for very harsh application environments, such as electromagnetic coil frames, axles, water wheel blades, engine parts, etc.
• Ultra high strength reinforced plastic material. The flexural modulus of Durafide 1140A6 reaches 1.4 GPa, far exceeding that of traditional resin materials, making it extremely superior in resistance to bending deformation and suitable for automotive parts, electronic and electrical equipment, and industrial parts.
• Good self lubricating performance. Containing lubricant ingredients, the finished product has a suitable friction coefficient. This polyphenylene sulfide material can be used in high-friction scenarios such as water turbine blades and engine parts.
• Excellent dimensional stability. The water absorption rate of Durafide 1140A6 polyphenylene sulfide material under the test environment of 23℃ 24hr 1.00mm is only 0.04%. It can still maintain good dimensional stability under long-term use in a humid environment, and is very suitable for the production of high-precision parts.
