GF40 PPS material, Ryton R 4 200 PPS contains 40% glass fiber reinforcement, giving it superior temperature resistance, strength, dimensional stability, and rigidity compared to conventional polyphenylene sulfide materials.
Ultra-high strength, Ryton R-4-200NA / Ryton R-4-200BL have flexural modulus of 14,500 MPa and flexural strength of 255 MPa, far exceeding those of conventional engineering plastics such as nylon and PC resin. Their exceptionally high strength makes them particularly suitable for mechanical components subjected to high loads.
Automotive application PPS. Ryton R-4-200 PPS material, with its outstanding performance, is widely used in automotive applications. It has been certified by Chrysler MS-DB-570 CPN3502 ,Ford WSG-M4D807-A3and Ford WSL-M4D807-A for PPS materials and can be used directly without the need for secondary certification.
