Victrex 450GL30 polyetheretherketone is a high-performance thermoplastic suitable for injection molding and extrusion molding, contains 30% glass fiber reinforcement and has super strength; low expansion coefficient, dimensional stability; chemical corrosion and steam sterilization resistance, suitable for medical and food contact applications

  • Excellent dimensional stability. Under extreme test conditions, the water absorption of Victrex 450GL30 PEEK material remains at an extremely low value. The product size is extremely stable, with a deformation range of ≤0.5%, which is suitable for use in the field of precision and complex parts with very demanding dimensional requirements.
  • Low wear plastic material. Due to the addition of 30% glass fiber, 450GL30 PEEK is more wear-resistant than conventional polyetheretherketone materials, and is suitable for applications with high wear requirements or in abrasive environments for a long time.
