Victrex 450G PEEK pellet Advantage

  • General medical grade resin material. Victrex 450G polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is highly resistant to high temperatures and is suitable for steam sterilization applications. It can be used as a general plastic raw material in the field of medical equipment.
  • Super high temperature resistance. Compared with conventional plastic materials, Victrex 450G PEEK material has super high temperature resistance, with a deformation temperature exceeding 300°C. It can still maintain good mechanical properties in application environments below 200°C, and has very good advantages in extreme application environments.
  • Super rigidity. Compared with conventional plastic materials, Victrex 450G polyetheretherketone (PEEK) has excellent impact resistance. Under the test environment of 23℃, the tensile modulus reaches 4GPa and the bending stress reaches 3.8GPa. 450G PEEK is suitable for application environments with high requirements for external impact.
