Victrex 450CA30 PEEK pellet Advantage

  • Ultra-high strength and rigidity resin material. Compared with unreinforced polyetheretherketone materials, Victrex 450CA30 contains 30% carbon fiber, which has improved strength and rigidity. The tensile modulus under the 23°C test environment reaches 28GPa, the bending modulus reaches 24GPa, and the compressive strength reaches 320MPa. The mechanical strength is extremely superior and has excellent advantages in high-end applications and demanding applications.
  • Extremely low shrinkage. Compared with conventional PEEK materials, the shrinkage of Victrex 450CA30 is only 0.3% at 23°C and 0.45% at 100°C, which is much lower than the same grade of polyetheretherketone materials, making it widely used in precision and high-standard application fields.
  • Excellent wear resistance. Victrex 450CA30 contains 30% carbon fiber, which improves the lubricity of the finished product and is suitable for applications with high lubricity requirements.
  • High food contact safety performance. Victrex 450CA30 PEEK has passed FDA-related tests and can be used in food contact applications and medical care applications
