• ABS materials that can be used for plating，LG MP220-H ABS material is specially designed for electroplating process with good adhesion effect, and the heat distortion temperature reaches 91℃ under the test environment of 1.8MPa 6.4mm, which is good for temperature resistance in the regular electroplating process, and it is not easy for the material to be disintegrated and damaged, and it helps to improve the plating effect of ABS.
• Balanced mechanical properties. LG MP220-H electroplated ABS material can reach over 2000MPa in flexural and tensile modulus and 290J/m in Izod notch impact at 23℃ and 3.2mm test standard, which is suitable for the application scenario with regular impact resistance requirement.
• Good machinability. MP220-H Electroplating ABS material at 220 ℃ 10kg test environment melt index 2 of 20g/10min, suitable for injection molding processing methods, medium melt flow rate suitable for conventional needs of the scene application.
