• Superior high temperature resistance，Compared with conventional ABS materials, LG XR401 high-temperature resistant ABS has more superior high-temperature resistance properties. The heat distortion temperature under 1.8MPa 6.4mm test environment without annealing reaches 97℃, and the Vicat softening temperature under 50℃/hr 50N test environment reaches 106℃, which is much more than the conventional ABS materials, and it is suitable to be used in the production of products for use in the more severe high-temperature environments. It is suitable for the production of products used in more severe high temperature environments.
• Excellent processing performance, LG XR401 ABS material has a good melt index, which is suitable for manufacturing complex and high-precision products while ensuring high production efficiency.
• Good machinability，LG's high temperature resistant ABS material XR401 has a melt index of 25g/cm³ at 220°C in a 10kg test environment and is suitable for injection molding processes, with a high melt flow rate for thin-walled and complex products.
