Sinopec 8391 high fluidity ABS Description

Sinopec 8391 is high flow Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene polymer (ABS material) designed specifically for injection molding processing, melt flow index 28, with high gloss, high impact resistance, chemical resistance and easy molding. It is mainly used in automobile parts and home appliance casings.

The Sinopec 8391 high flow ABS material we supply is sourced from Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical.

This material is produced via mass polymerization of ABS. Compared to conventional ABS materials, it is whiter and has a lower odor. Sinopec 8391 ABS Advantage

High fluidity, the melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of Sinopec 8391 ABS at 220℃ 10kg is 28g/10min. Its high flow rate facilitates the production of thin-walled and complex products.
Improved visual properties. Compared to the more common emulsion ABS, Sinopec 8931 ABS, which is produced via mass polymerization, The resin pellets are whiter and have a higher gloss. It achieves gloss of 65% at 60°, far exceeding that of standard ABS, making it more suitable for products that require high gloss and light colors.
