Asahi Kasei Leona FG172 PA66 pellet Description
Leona FG172 is a nylon 66 resin pellet (PA 66 material) produced by Asahi Kasei, which contains 20% glass fiber reinforcement and halogen flame retardant. It has a flame retardant rating of UL94 V-0 5VA and is suitable for the production of switches, connectors, electronic components and home appliance parts.

- Glass fiber reinforced PA 66 material. Asahi Kasei Leona FG172 Nylon 66 material contains 20% glass fiber reinforcement, which significantly improves the material's high temperature resistance, shrinkage rate, and strength.
- Excellent flame retardant effect. Leona FG172 PA 66 contains halogen flame retardant ingredients, which enables it to achieve UL94 V-0 level flame retardant effect without adding additional flame retardant ingredients.
- Leona FG172 nylon 66 material has better high temperature resistance than polyamide material without glass fiber. The heat deformation temperature reaches 255℃ under 0.45MPa test environment, and can reach 248℃ even under 1.8MPa. It is very suitable for use in electronic equipment and other components that require heat dissipation and welding.
