Ascend Vydyne 21SPC PA66 Description

Vydyne 21SPC is general purpose polyamide 66 (PA6.6 material) produced by Ascend performance material operation LLC. It has excellent lubrication properties, strength, rigidity, toughness and wear resistance, and is resistant to chemical solutions, oils, and fuels. 21 SPC PA66 material is suitable for automotive parts, home appliance parts, industrial applications and high temperature resistant fields.

As shown in the image on the left, Vydyne 21SPC Natural nylon 66 resin is a semi-translucent white granule with a roughly cylindrical shape. It is available in two standard colors: Natural and Black. Please contact us if you require a custom color.

Automotive application material. As an extremely superior automotive application material, Vydyne 21SPC PA66 material has been certified by several automakers, such as General Motors and Ford, for use in automotive nylon applications; it can be used directly in automotive applications without the need for secondary certification of the material.
Military PA66 material. Ascend vydyne 21SPC PA66 material is also widely used in the military field and has obtained the US FED L-P-410A and MIL-M02069B certification. It is an excellent military polyamide plastic material.
Food contact material, Vydyne 21SPC polyamide 66 material meets food contact grade, obtained FDA 21 CFR 177.1500, EU 10/2011, EU 2023/2006, EC 1935/2004, suitable for food production industry, safe and low toxicity
Good processing performance. 21SPC PA66 material offers excellent processing properties and contains a release agent, which reduces material residue in the mold and effectively improves production efficiency.
