BASF Ultramid A3K PA66 pellet Description
Ultramid A3K is low viscosity polyamide(PA66 material) produce by BASF SE, have a melt index of 120 cm³/10min (275°C 5k'g) and are suitable for injection molding. Containing heat stabilizers, lubricants, and release agents, they offer excellent heat and aging resistance and can be used in high-speed processing equipment, primarily in the production of cable connectors, bearings, gears, and high-pressure bearing parts.

- Heat-stable PA 66 material. BASF Ultramid A3K polyamide 66 contains the heat stabilizer, which has better high-temperature resistance than conventional polyamide materials. Its melting temperature reaches 260°C, and it can be used in a working environment of 200°C for a short period of time. It can work stably for more than 5,000 hours in a test environment of 118°C, and can be used in applications that are more sensitive to high temperature properties.
- Excellent processing performance. BASF Ultramid A3K PA 66 has melt volume rate (MVR) of 120 cm³/10 min @ 275°C 5 kg, is high flow nylon. Its viscosity index under the ISO 307 test standard is 150 cm³/g, extremely low viscosity and high fluidity make it particularly well-suited for large-scale, high speed production equipment.
