Hytrel 6456 is a general-purpose thermoplastic copolyester elastomer (TPC material or TPEE material) manufactured by Celanese Corporation. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the high strength of engineering plastics, offering excellent elasticity, low-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, and fatigue resistance. It is commonly used in the production of high-performance products such as cable jackets, seals, conveyor belts, and gears.

- Low temperature resistance, Celanese Hytrel 6456 thermoplastic copolyester elastomer offers exceptional elasticity, with a Charpy notched impact strength of up to 120 kJ/m² at a test temperature of 23°C. Even at extreme low temperatures of -40°C, it maintains a strength of 15 kJ/m², retaining good flexibility and elasticity, making it suitable for applications requiring low-temperature performance.
