Celanese Zytel 70G35HSL PA66 pellet Description
Zytel 70G35HSL is a high temperature resistant polyamide 66 material (PA 6/6) produced by Celanese. It contains 35% glass fiber reinforcement and has excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, electrical properties and wear resistance. Zytel 70G35HSL also added lubricants and release agents, making it easy to process.

⚠️Please note that Celanese polyamide 6/6 (PA6/6 material) 70G35HSL has two colors. The suffix"NC010"represents the natural color, and"BK039B"represents black. If you need other colors of polyamide resin materials, please contact us.
Celanese Zytel 70G35HSL PA66 pellet Advantage
- Glass fiber reinforced PA66 material. Zytel 70G35HSL polyamide 6/6 material contains 35% glass fiber, which makes it have stronger high temperature resistance. The heat deflection temperature under 1.8MPa test environment reaches 252℃, and the Vicat softening temperature under 50℃/hr 50N test environment reaches 255℃. It is suitable for applications with more stringent requirements for high temperature resistance.
- Good processing performance. 70G35HSL PA66 has viscosity number of 145cm³/g, medium flow rate and viscosity, suitable for injection molding processing mode, and can be used for more complex parts manufacturing. It also contains lubricant and mold release agent ingredients to facilitate finished product manufacturing and stripping.
