Technyl A218 V30 is a 30% glass-fiber-filled polyamide 66 resin pellet (GF30 PA66 or GF30 Nylon 66) manufactured by DOMO Caproleuna GmbH. Formerly known as Solvay Technyl or Rhodia Technyl, it is now fully owned by the DOMO Chemical Group.
Technyl A218 V30 Nylon 66 offers high-temperature resistance and rigidity, making it a popular choice for automotive and engineering parts.

Excellent heat resistance. Technyl A 218 V30 GF30 PA66 material, with the support of glass fiber reinforcement, has greatly improved its high temperature resistance. The heat deformation temperature can reach 255℃ under the test environment of 1.8MPa, and the melting temperature is as high as 263℃. It can be used for a long time in extremely high temperature application environments.
Excellent mechanical properties. Technyl A 218 V 30 nylon 66 material has extremely strong rigidity. The tensile modulus in the dry state can reach 10,000 MPa and the flexural modulus can reach 8,400 MPa. It can give full play to its advantages in the application of high-strength and high-hardness materials.
