 EMS Grivory GV-5H PA66/6I pellet Description 

Grivory GV-5H is a polyamide 66 and polyamide 6I blend (PA66/6I plastic alloy) produced by EMS-Grivory. It contains 50% glass fiber reinforcement, has higher high temperature resistance and lower water absorption, and the finished product has excellent dimensional stability and insulation properties. It is often used in the production of automotive parts, mobile phone parts, pneumatic devices, engineering accessories, etc. with high dimensional requirements.

  • Glass fiber reinforced polyamide material. Grivory GV-5H contains 50% glass fiber, which gives it better dimensional stability and high temperature resistance.
  • Stronger high temperature resistance. Grivory GV-5H can be used in applications with an environment of 100~120℃ for a long time, and in short-term extreme applications with a high temperature of up to 220℃. The heat deformation temperature under a 1.8MPa test environment can reach 235℃, which is far higher than that of conventional polyamide materials. It can be used in applications that require high long-term high temperature resistance.
  • Lower water absorption and more stable dimensions. Since the water absorption rate of Grivory GV-5H PA66/6I plastic alloy is only 4% and the moisture absorption rate is only 1.4%, it can be used in high temperature and high humidity applications. In addition to ensuring the dimensional stability of the product, it can also ensure the product's electrical resistance and prevent electrical equipment from malfunctioning due to moisture.
