Terluran GP-35 is general purpose Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene material (ABS pellets) for injection molding, provided by INEOS Styrolution Group GmbH. Suitable for electroplating applications, it offers high flow rates and is particularly well-suited for thin-walled products

⚠️The Terluran GP 35 ABS we supply is manufactured by INEOS Styrolution and the Sinopec (Ningbo) plant. As shown in the image on the left, it is ellipsoidal in shape (not round) and milky white in color (not pure white). Please contact us if you require other colors or products from different regions.

INEOS Terluran GP-35 ABS Pellets Advantage

Electroplated ABS. INEOS GP35 ABS material specially designed for electroplating. The finished products feature a high gloss and a smooth texture, making them particularly suitable for the production of Christmas decorations, showerheads, faucets, and car door handles that require electroplating.
High liquidity ABS. The melt volume flow rate (MVR) of INOES Terluran GP35 ABS at 220°C and 10 kg under test conditions is 34 cm³/10 min, Significantly higher than the 22 cm³/10 min of INEOS GP22 ABS, this high flow rate is particularly well-suited for thin-walled, complex parts and high-volume, high-speed production lines.
