SK JN200 PCTG pellets Advantage

• Food-grade plastic material. SKYGREEN JN200 PCTG material does not contain bisphenol A and has high temperature resistance. It can be used in products with a temperature around 80°C. It can be used in the production of food contact, beverage packaging, and cosmetic packaging.
• Excellent optical properties. As a plastic material comparable to glass products, SKYGREEN JN200 PCTG material has a transmittance of 90% and a haze of only about 1.0%. It can be used in products with high requirements on appearance properties, especially transmittance and transparency.
• SK SKYGREEN JN200 PCTG material has excellent mechanical properties and is well-known for its outstanding impact resistance. Its Izod notched impact under a 23°C test environment reaches 860 J/m, its flexural modulus reaches 4600 MPa, and its tensile strength at break reaches 46 MPa. It can be used in the production of household appliance housings, drinking water bottles, and other products that require stringent impact resistance.
