SK ECOZEN T100 PRO PCTG pellets Description

ECOZEN T100 PRO is Modified polyethylene terephthalate resin pellets (PCTG material) for injection molding produced by SK Chemical Co., Ltd. in South Korea. T100 PRO PCTG has the characteristics of high clarity, high temperature resistance, no BPA, high fluidity for easy processing, is widely used in cosmetic packaging, food and beverage packaging and consumer electronics.

With its excellent performance, ECOZEN T100 PRO PCTG can almost replace the Eastmen TX1001 PCTG resin material of the same grade in terms of production and finished product quality.

⚠️SK T100 PRO PCTG material appears light blue under natural light. The temperature requirement during the production process is lower than that of EASTMAN TX1001. Pay attention to the temperature factor during production❗❗❗ The material shape is ellipsoidal, while EASTMAN TX1001 is granulated. Except for the shape, there is almost no difference in performance.

SK ECOZEN T100 PCTG PRO pellets Advantage

SK T100 PRO is a high definition PCTG material. Its' transparency is 84% and haze less than 1%. It is highly transparent among materials of the same level and is suitable for manufacturing finished products with high requirements for appearance.
Food contact grade PCTG material. AS excellent PET modified material, ECOZEN T100 PRO PCTG does not contain BPA ingredients and has obtained FDA certification. T100 PRO PCTG can be used as food and drug packaging materials and is used in beverage packaging, food packaging, and household consumer electronics.
High temperature resistant material. Compared with traditional PET materials, SK T100 PRO PCTG has higher high temperature resistance, with a heat deformation temperature of 99°C, and can be used in both normal temperature and short-term high temperature application environments.
