KINGFA PA66-G30 is a 30% glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 resin pellet (PA66 GF30 material) produced by China Kingfa Science & Technology. It has high heat resistance, high strength, and dimensional stability, is commonly used in the production of mechanical parts, power tools, home appliances, and other fields.

• PA 66 GF30 material, KINGFA PA66-30 is a polyamide 66 material containing 30% glass fiber reinforced, which has high temperature resistance, high strength and dimensional stability.
• High-temperature resistant PA 66 material. KINGFA PA66-30 has a heat deformation temperature of up to 255°C under the ISO 75 test standard at 0.45MPa. Even under a higher pressure of 1.8MPa, it can still reach 250°C, meeting the requirements of conventional to ultra-high operating temperature environments and having a wide range of applications.
• Excellent dimensional stability. Compared with traditional polyamide materials, KINGFA PA66-G30 has lower water absorption, only 1.8%; the shrinkage in the flow direction is 0.3%, and the shrinkage in the vertical direction is only 0.9%. Good dimensional stability makes it play a role in the manufacture of components with higher precision requirements.
