KetaSpire KT-880 NT is a high-flow, non-reinforced grade polyetheretherketone (PEEK) granular material with excellent resistance to abrasion, fatigue, organic and acid-base chemical solvents; Its superior performance makes it widely used in healthcare, transportation, electrical and electronics, chemical processing, and industrial applications.

- Good processing performance, compared with conventional PEEK materials, Ketaspire KT-880 NT has relatively good processing performance, can use common injection molding and extrusion molding processing methods, but also can use hot forming and CNC machining methods, and has lower requirements for processing machinery; At the same time, the high fluidity of 36g/10min makes it suitable for processing complex and precision parts
- Medical device grade plastic raw materials. As an excellent polyetheretherketone material for the production of healthcare equipment, Ketaspire KT-880 NT has a wide range of applications, in addition to its good biocompatibility, PEEK products can be sterilized using common steam and autoclave, ethylene oxide sterilization, gamma radiation, and electron beam sterilization
- High temperature resistant and flame retardant. Ketaspire KT-880 NT has excellent high temperature resistance and can still maintain excellent mechanical properties when applied in environments around 150°C. Flame retardant rated to UL94 V-0 for use in harsh environments
- Stable size, under ASTM D570 test standard, KT-880 NT PEEK's 24hr water absorption is only 0.1%, stable size and low tolerance dimension, making it suitable in the manufacture of high-precision parts
- Good impact resistance. KetaSpire KT-880 NT polyetheretherketone material has a tensile modulus of 4000MPa and a flexural modulus of 3800MPa, although it is lower than other PEEK materials of the same level, but as an engineering plastic, compared with other types of plastic materials, it still has very excellent impact resistance.
