KUMHO 750SW ABS pellet Description

KUMHO 750SW is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene resin (ABS material) manufactured by Kumho Chemical Company of South Korea. It features high flow rate and moderate impact resistance, making it suitable for conventional injection molding processes. Compared to KUMHO 750 ABS material, it offers superior impact resistance, purer color, and higher gloss. It is ideal for producing electronics and household appliances.

KUMHO 750SW ABS Advantage

Better visual attributes, Compared to KUHMO 750 ABS material, 750SW ABS utilizes a higher-whiteness pigment, resulting in a whiter product color and superior gloss. It is suitable for applications with high aesthetic requirements, such as home appliance housings.
High flow ABS material. KUHMO 750SW ABS exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 38g/10min under a 220°C, 10kg test environment. It is suitable for injection molding processes, with its high flow rate making it ideal for producing thin-walled and complex products.
Balanced mechanical properties. KUHMO 750SW ABS exhibits excellent mechanical properties, with a Charpy notched impact strength of 26 kJ/m² at 23°C, a Rockwell hardness of 108, and a flexural modulus of 2300 MPa.Its performance characteristics are comparable to CHIMEI 747 ABS and SABIC MG94 ABS, making it suitable as a substitute for these materials.
