LG HF380 ABS Description

HF380 is an acrylonitrile butadiene styrene resin (ABS material) manufactured by LG Chem of South Korea. It has a high melt flow index (40 g/10 min) and superior flow rate, making it suitable for thin-walled products and the production of electronic and electrical equipment.

LG HF380 ABS Advantage

High melt flow index, LG HF380 ABS material exhibits a melt flow index (MFI or MVR) of 40g/10min under a 220°C, 10kg test environment, significantly exceeding conventional ABS materials. Its high melt flow rate makes it exceptionally suitable for producing thin-walled, complex products.
Medium impact resistant. LG HF380 ABS exhibits excellent impact resistance, achieving an Izod impact strength of 24 kJ/m² at 4 mm thickness under 23°C testing conditions. It maintains a strength of 9 kJ/m² even at extreme temperatures as low as -30°C.
